At Launchpad, we’re reimagining manufacturing and revitalizing local economies. We address labor shortages and improve competitiveness by combining proprietary AI-first technology with advanced robotics, helping firms manage the optimal integration of humans and robots.

We believe our systems halve the time and cost of delivering automation solutions. With offices in El Segundo, CA, and Edinburgh, UK, our technology is already deployed in factories across the US and Europe.

Our senior leaders

Jon Quick

Chief Executive Officer

Jon is an experienced business leader with a history of successfully building and exiting world-class companies. Before joining Launchpad in 2023, he was CEO of two technology companies, a VP Partner (including around 10 years at a US$4.5 billion venture capital fund and a consultant with Bain & Co. Jon is a member of Canada’s influential C100 tech network and a World Economic Forum contributor.

Yoav Zingher

President

Yoav is an entrepreneur and investor. Before starting Launchpad, he was the founder of KiWiPower, a leading smart grid energy company which he subsequently sold to Engie, one of the largest utilities in the world. Prior to that he founded a mobile games company, co-founded a private equity fund, and developed ultra deepwater oil rigs worth $1.5 billion. He has an MBA from the London Business School.

Timothy Hunter

Vice President of Finance

Tim leads Launchpad’s financial strategy, investor relations and global expansion efforts. He has a proven record scaling businesses, raising capital and building financial infrastructure. As CFO of Migway Inc. he grew revenue from $70 million to $100 million and launched new subsidiaries. He began his career with Boston Consulting Group advising Fortune 500 clients on strategy and operations. Tim holds an Executive MBA from Brown University.

Siobhan Duncan

Head of Software

Siobhan is a robotics engineer who began her career as a researcher at the world-leading Edinburgh Centre for Robotics. Before joining Launchpad she was a senior consultant at PA Consulting. Siobhan also worked as lead developer for a UK-based EdTech robotics start-up, where she helped develop and implement the company’s successful business strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic.
