AI & Robotics Summit
Scotland | June 23–25, 2026
This summer, Launchpad invites a small group of global leaders to Scotland for a different kind of conversation.
Set against centuries of innovation and inquiry, the World of Tomorrow: AI & Robotics Summit brings together technologists, investors, policymakers, and builders who are shaping how artificial intelligence moves from code into the physical world.
Hosted at the historic Kinross House Estate, just outside Edinburgh, this inaugural gathering is designed for depth, candour, and connection — not spectacle.
Why Scotland. Why now.
Scotland has long punched above its weight in shaping the modern world — from engineering (the steam engine, television, telephone) to medicine (penicillin), economics (Adam Smith), and computing (Maxwell). Today, as AI and robotics begin to redefine manufacturing, autonomy, and infrastructure, Scotland once again offers a fitting place to pause, reflect, and chart what comes next.
In conjunction with the Scottish Government, and alongside a small number of leading international organisations, Launchpad is convening those with the experience — and responsibility — to help guide this transition.
An intimate gathering
Attendance is limited to 50 invited guests, creating the conditions for genuine dialogue and meaningful relationships.
Participants include senior technology and industry leaders, founders and innovators, active investors, policymakers, and researchers — each selected for the perspective they bring and the work they are doing in the real world.
This is not a trade show.
It is a working summit.
The experience
Day One — Edinburgh
Guests arrive in Scotland and gather for a private Welcome Dinner at the Great Hall of Edinburgh Castle, held by kind permission of the Scottish Government.
Day Two — Kinross House Estate
The main summit takes place at Kinross House, an eighteenth-century mansion set within historic parkland on the shores of Loch Leven, directly across from the island fortress where Mary, Queen of Scots was imprisoned.
The day will feature curated group discussions and focused industry sessions, with time built in for informal conversation and reflection.
The evening concludes with drinks and dinner, accompanied by traditional Highland Games.
Day Three — Glen Eagles
An optional programme of networking and small-group VIP activities for those remaining in Scotland.
The summit is fully catered, with luxury hotel accommodation provided.
What you’ll take away

Time with peers who are building, investing, and governing in the physical world, across sectors and geographies.
Collaboration
Opportunities to explore partnerships spanning manufacturing, autonomous systems, and applied AI.
With participation from
Participation is by invitation.
We are always interested in welcoming thoughtful individuals and organisations who add depth to the conversation. If there is someone you believe should be part of this gathering, please reach out and let us know.
